In 2013, Fiducenter and Oak Group (“Oak”) (formerly International Administration Group, “IAG”) entered into a joint venture (“JV”) in Luxembourg. Oak is a fund administration, depositary, private client and corporate service business headquartered in Guernsey with offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta and Mauritius.

The signing of the JV agreement allowed us to utilise our existing expertise alongside the private equity fund administration knowledge and systems of Oak.

The JV continued Oak’s international expansion by establishing a presence and local expertise in key jurisdictions for fund administration and corporate services. The JV trades under the name of “Oak Group (Luxembourg) S.à r.l.”.
